This page is for anyone who has been in contact with a business that uses deepsales and wants the messages we hold on that business’s behalf removed.
Why we ask rather than delete automatically. Your conversation sits inside a business’s own records, and we hold it for them. Deleting a company’s records on an automated request — one we cannot tie to you as a person, and which the business never sees — is not something we are willing to do. So a human at that business carries it out, and we help.
If you contacted a business
Two ways, and either works:
- Ask the business directly. Whoever you were messaging can delete you from their deepsales account — that removes the whole conversation and every file in it.
- Or email us at contact@deepsales.uz with the account you wrote from and which business you contacted. We pass the request to them, follow it up, and confirm to you once it is done — normally within 30 days.
If you use deepsales for your business
Sign in and open the customer in CRM, then delete them from the card’s ⋯ menu. That removes the client and, with them, every conversation, message and attached file we hold. It cannot be undone.
To stop receiving messages from a channel entirely, disconnect it under Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting stops the flow; it does not delete conversations already saved, which you remove per customer as above.
What deletion covers
Deleting here does not remove anything from the messaging service itself — do that in its own app.
- The whole conversation with that person — every message, both directions.
- Every image, video, audio file and document from those messages, removed from our servers.
- The customer card itself, along with any notes, calls and deals recorded on it.
